We went Ride The Bull at Bull Shoals AR Competed in our first surf tournament. I was super relaxed and family oriented. I got a 3rd in the beginner men and my wife got 3rd in beginner women. Not a lot of riders but that made it fun.
We got pulled buy a Axis 22 with the wake gates (been wanting to ride behind one of these boats). I did not like the wake at all I defiantly liked my supra better. The Pics of us surfing up close is behind my supra.
Got to meet another supra member "SUPRAADDICT" which it is always great to meet people of the group.

^^^ I wasn't happy with the Axis SurfGate either. Our Supra's have a much taller "More Push" surf wake. All in all a fun event though! Glad you and your family won the most family members award!!!
Couldn't make it south, but did make it on the water today by myself (which is a great escape from the normal crowd).

Supraleggera??? I've never heard of that. Please share more.
Every indication is it's an '86 Sunsport Skier.
Why so high in the water? I don't know if it's high or not. No reference point. More than likely it sits high because it has new stringers - which means it no longer has 975 lbs. of soaked foam under the floor.
Mine had more like 1500lbs of foam! Here is how mine sits with no weight.

Hah! Supraleggera is an Italian term that they use for the ultralight exotics. I think Lambo, Ferrari and Porsche all have "Superleggera" models that are made with carbon fiber and have a lot of options deleted. I just used it as a joke since your boat sits so high in the water (probably a good thing -- means you don't have waterlogged foam!)
