You may also consider not revealing all information on a forum until this claim is worked out. No reason to give your insurance company any more reason not to help you out... especially with pictures and "hypothetical scenarios" being discussed. I'd stay pretty closed lip about things. Sometimes these types of forums and posts do work their way back to insurance companies in big disputes like this.
