2005 21vlaunch ballast overflow

Hi everyone, new to this site. Was just wondering if 2005 21vlaunch ballast system has an overflow that uses the drain line?

My 03SSV will start flowing out the drain line once it is full.

My '05 flows out the drain line when full also. The drain pump is a centrifugal pump, so it doesn't impede the flow of water past it.

More often, if we have vests or rafts in the compartment with the bag, the compartment lid starts to lift before the water drains!

I ran my drains to the opposite sides of the boat and it helped alot with this problem
