Front mid ballast fill time

I have a 16 sc450 stock bags and hard tank my fill times in the front seem way too fast like 4.5 minutes and I have water coming out overflow. I am wondering what are some of the fill times for boats similar. Could I have a airlock?

You're teasing, right? You post like that's a bad thing filling fast.

That is pretty quick. On the SA and SEs, I would assume at least 10 mins.

You may not be getting all the water out from the previous time they were used. If you have the boat on the trailer, try draining more water once on the trailer.

Also, make sure you do not have air in the bags before you start to fill them.
