I just purchased a portable air horn which is very loud and got to use this past weekend when an idiot driver pulling a tube tried to pass between me and the shore as we were surfing. I was already at 75 feet off the shore line and he was coming up on my surfer. He stopped his boat immediately and I found out my brother in law can yell as loud as me.
