Prefectpass RPM or SPEEDO
Hi
What is the differtents in behavier between the setting RPM and WAKEBOARD.
I know the RPM is RPM based and the WAKEBOARD is speedbased but what is the effect when pulling a boarder or skieer in both modes.

mainly it is due to weight of rider
most guys go with speed

For RPM aka the old slalom mode, it is set in 2 mph increments from 28 to 36 mph.
You have to intially synchronize the speed to proper RPM slot in Perfect Pass. Once you have the 5 slalom tow speeds set correctly the boat will always target the RPM you have married to that speed. If your boat weight changes, you may have to do slight on the fly adjustments to compensate for this change.
The other thing this allows for is the customizing of the pull characterstics for a waterskier without changing the pull characteristics for your wakeboard speed settings.
Hope this helps.
