The engine compartment will look a bit different than other builds you see here. This is composite and won't take to sticking lags straight down into it without some damage the way the material is constructed, so the engine mounts will bolt through on the sides. The access is wide open so we can torque bolts. If any water gets in, which it will, it will drain to the transom and out the scupper holes as seen in post #7. There is no foam to impede the path as this is same compartment as the exhaust tubes. (see post #6)
