Before they start on the top cap, they applied more cloth around the top perimeter on inside hull for strength. The top cop has been off 3 separate times and the hull looked like Swiss cheese (so does top cap) and now the rivets will have something strong to grab upon reassembly. They are also going to add a layer on the inside of the top cap but not repair any holes in the gelcoat on the outsides as that would be a nightmare for them and my bank account.
