    Default FAE versus 7200ft???

    Any input on how Fresh Air Exhaust would work @7200ft. We are a bit limited up here by the power robbing altitude anyhow- People i have spoken with live at or @ sea level... Anyone higher than me???

    I used to live in Grand Lake CO. We boated on Shadow Mountain Res. Grandby Res. and of coarse Grand Lake. Any thing you can do to free up the exhaust will help. Also you need to lean the jets 2 sizes on the Holley Carb. You would also gain some by getting a stiffer seconday diaphram sping. Where do you have the timing set? 10 degrees btdc. Have you replaced your points and converted to electronic ignition? You have dropped a inch in pitch on your prop, right? I am thinking a 13X12 would work good at that altitude. Allan
