    Default SS prop replacements

Does anyone have suggestions on Stainless steel props? I bent over about a 1/2inch on one blade of my new fusion pulling the boat out yesterday. The only ramp access I have is pretty crappy. I am thinking of switching to Stainless for those low impact hits as it wouldn't kill the prop. So if anyone has sources of where I might be able to get one that would be great.

    Thanks

I have heard that if you use a stainless prop on these boats you take more of a chance messing something up with your shaft or trans because the stainless prop does not give. I myself would rather spend $50 to have a brass prop fixed than rebuild a transmission. This is just what I have heard.

Give Nettles a call for a professional opinion. You should be able to get that brass blade repaired no problem. However I would venture to guess that if you had that accident with a stainless prop you MAY have bent your prop shaft a little.. Kinda funny my rudder drags before my prop..
