I'm not much of a photographer but here's a few from this month. It's the only big tie-up party around here and only happens once a year. There's a country music concert on the river bank during all of this but everyone wants to be their own DJ on the boats... It's still a pretty fun time though.

Well, Ronix's 5 Gallons of Freedom Tour came into NC this week! And yesterday they were at my home lake near Charlotte. So I got to go spend sometime on a 2011 Nautique 230 with Dean Smith. Here are some pictures from the day of me riding!!

You've got to love how big this wake is compared to me, lol.

factory ballast in the 230 completely full. I havent tried an airchair becasue it wont work for me. You have to be able to have core strength when using hydrofoils. I have no core strength or control so its out of the question. however, I have thought about mounting my cage to the hydrofoil but its too expensive for a "maybe". lol

that would be cool.... there always has to be a first! .... Don't think it would be my thing. What board are you riding? Is it custom or just a regular on and you put the cage on?
Props by the way for enjoying life to the full... I know lots who don't.

yeah its a regular wakeboard. These photos are actually of me riding Dean Smith's board which is the Ronix Mana. The cage is custom made to fit me perfectly and then it can mount to any wakeboard.

Thanks man! I try to keep living my life no matter the obstacles put forth.

Cool pics! I think the foil would work mounted to a wakeboard. Check out Laird Hamiltons big-wave foil surfing.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pDt-T1KEOgY
