Unable to reply to threads

I can create new threads, but am not able to reply to any threads. It looks like my permissions should be allowing me to, any ideas why?

I know there was a number of posts before you could upload pics, not to reply.

Can you elaborate on this at all? Are you trying to reply with links or picture attachments?
